At Salon Beautymark we continually strive to improve ourselves in areas of education, both within the salon setting and in the Hair Industry. In order to provide our clients with the utmost in hair care experience, we continually search the industry for the newest technology and the finest in hair care products.We will go the extra mile to accomplish this with passion, expert advice and the highest level of professionalism and courtesy.

Check-In

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled hair service. This gives our guests an opportunity to update client information, and enjoy a beverage prior to meeting with their hairstylist.

Cancellations And Missed Appointments 

For the consideration of our stylists and clients on the waiting list, we ask that you contact Salon Beautymark 24 hours prior to your scheduled hair appointment. Multiple absences for reserved appointments will result in a credit card required for booking future appointments and may result in a full service charge.

Late Arrivals 

If you will be late for your appointment, please notify the salon as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your hair service however; the time allotted to your service may be restricted or rescheduled if you are more than 10 minutes late. Arriving late will lessen the value of your hair service and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. If time is critical to your schedule on a certain day, please make us aware of your schedule when booking your appointment.

Consultation

We do require consultations for bridal trials, hair extensions, smoothing treatment and the process of ombre, colour correction and perms and a deposit may be needed as they are significant services that require extra time.

Reservations

Pre-booking your hair service in advance is highly recommended. To avoid disappointment or to obtain a time that works best for your schedule, please consult with your stylist about booking standing appointments.

Guaranteed Satisfaction

At Salon Beautymark, the satisfaction of our guests is important to us. In order to ensure that you have received superior service, we ask that you communicate with our staff if we haven’t met your satisfaction. Do not hesitate to contact us within 14 days of receiving your service and we are more than happy to schedule a complimentary service for you to resolve the issue with your original stylist.
